Vintage watermans master red lacquer barrel fountain pen with gold plated F  nib,  brass alloy metal with red lacquer barrel with gold trim. Pen is  pre-owned and used condition. Made in France.

Condition of the pen :

Pre-owned and used ,  clean appearance with limited tear of wear of usage. No damage to pen , no dents on barrel. writes strictly fine point with no feed-back. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through nib and feed, we have tested the pen with  light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel.  No holding mark around barrel.

Barrel to  nib section fitting :-     snug screw fitting,  no loose parts
Converter  to  nib section fitting :-    Snug fit, converter mount is in perfect condition , no ink leaking.
Scratches :-    there are no scrathes on both the barrel and cap. No deep or projected scratches.
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-     no dents on barrel or cap.
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further on loop inspection we found the pen appears very mint
Colour :-   Barrel colour is clear, no fading seen. overall clean colour balance is good. the lacquer coating is still in place.
Cap :-       Snug fit.  pull cap is checked for grip  while clipped in shirt pocket.
Nib :-        original watermans semi-hooded, fine point plated nib is in place,  nib writes wihout any scratch. (we have smoothened the nib little, just to get an enjoyable writing experience)
Cap Posting :-    Yes, well balanced while posted, nib dont miss while writing, due to cap weight.

Ink Filling :- The ink filling is working fine when we checked this pen multiple times. The ink converter is a vintage watermans push pull model, it still working very good.

Packing, Shipping & Delivery

Packing: Three-layer packing is free. The pen will be packed the gift pen box, wrapped with a bubble roll, and covered with another layer foam , and again repacked with cartons.

Shipping partners: We use India speed Service (Air mode) to deliver within India. We are not working with any other logistics partners (such as bluedart) for time being. You will be able to track the progress shipment through the India post official website.
