Condition of the pen :

Its a well used pen, with tear of wear of a single owner. no major damage to pen , writes with flex with very limited feed-back. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through nib and feed, we have tested the pen with  light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel. There is very tiny  holding mark around barrel (which means writing by single owner, who holds the pen always in a single position).

Barrel to  nib section fitting :-    push fit type nib section, fits snug, no loose parts
Ink sac  to  nib section fitting :-    Snug fit, sac is not loose , no ink leaking, sac is glued to nib section.
Scratches :-    No deep, projected scratches. There are very limited hairline scratches result of usage, consider the age .
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-    No visible dent on the pen
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further on loop inspection we did not find any crack filling by previous owner.
Colour :-   Barrel colour is clear, no fading seen. Cap appears to be gently handled.
Cap :-       Snug fit. Checked for grip capacity while clipped in shirt pocket. the golden coating on clip is partially faded.
Nib :-       The  nib semi flex mercurio steel is in place, Though the nib is F ( USA Fine), due to the age and usage , the nib now writes almost Medium flex. no serious feed-back, writes smooth,  not grinded.
Cap Posting :-    Yes, well balanced while posted, nib dont miss while writing, due to cap weight .

Restoration details

Nib :-    Original mercurio semi flex Nib was fitted on this pen. original owner confirmed.
Ink sac :-   Atikcart has fitted a new sac in this pen.
Barrel :-    Original barrel is used, but we cleaned,  buffed and polished the barrel.

Well used mint condition vintage button filler fountain pen,  will be shipped only after detailed testing. We will ink the pen to make sure its working. But pen will be cleaned and dried  before final packing.
