The parker vector 3-in-1 multi function pen is in perfect working condition, no damage, It may come with some ‘shop wear’ marks. consider this pen as NOS and in unused condition. The switching mechanism between three different pens working perfectly.

we have tested these pens the following methods :
1. the ballpoint pen is working.
2. As it should, the 0.7mm mech pencil tube is releasing leads.
3. The click mechanism is perfect working

Important:   Please note that you are buying an old pen, manufactured many years back, possibly pre-owned and stored by many shop owners, in working NOS condition.  No original box, documents, or invoice provided with this pen. the pen might usage marks on the barrel and cap.  Pictures published here are part of the description and the offer is for the exact same item displayed above. Refund & Return :  We will accept a return (and refund) only if the instrument is different from our product description and inspection result we have published above.  Any other claims will not be entertained and no refund will be issued. Please buy the pen only if you agree with the condition we have published, AGAIN, read the description and check pictures.  Please note that we will not able to refund for the tear and wear condition since this is used pen. Specifically , We will not be able to accept a return and issue refund :

1. It is a used pen
2. the pen has some shop wear on the barrel and cap, but such storage marks are not from a previous owner usage
3. The pen is not supplied with parker brand pen box or booklet.   W
4. We replace ballpoint refills if they dont work.  These replaced ballpoint metal refills are not from parker brand. But, a premium quality refill.

Shipping & Delivery ##

Packing :  Three layer packing is free. Pen will be packed in a protection box, covered with a layer foam , and again repacked with a carton box.

Shipping partners : We use India post speed service only.   Expedited express shipping to selected cities available on additional pay (subject to Service avaiability).

Delivery time :  Product will be shipped from Southern India, Kerala.  There will be considerable delay in delivering items to far remote locations from Kerala. there will be added delivery delay to remote locations like Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Mizoram.
