Cdition of the pen :

Pre-owned and clean, with very limited tear and wear. Pen is perfectly clean and working. Writes broad point with very limited feed-back. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through converter or feed, we have tested the pen with light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel. Few Hairline marks are there on the barrel from its handling earlier.  Overall, pen is in the clean look and perfectly working.

Barrel to nib section fitting :-   Screw fit type nib section, fits snug, no loose parts
Converter to nib section fitting :-    Snug fit, the mount point is not loose, no ink leaking
Scratches :-    No deep, projected scratches. There are few hairline marks in the barrel and cap.
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-    No visible dent on the pen
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further, on loop inspection, we did not find any crack filling by the previous owner.
Colour :-   Barrel blackcolor is very clear, no fading seen. the barrel colour is clean and new.
Cap :-       Snug fit. Checked for grip capacity while clipped in shirt pocket.
Nib :-       The  nib is lamy steel black B nib  writes wet smooth
Cap Posting :-    Yes, well balanced while posted, nib dont miss while writing.

Restoration details

Entire  pen is in original condition, as it is supplied by the previous owner. ZERO restoration from antikcart.

Pre-owned and used condition lamy alstar fountain pen in perfect working condition will be shipped only after detailed testing. We will ink the pen to make sure its working. But pen will be cleaned and dried before final packing. please let us know if you dont want us to ink the pen for testing purpose.
