Condition of the pen :

Pre-owned and used,  with limited tear and wear of previous owners. no major damage to pen , writes at medium point with wet writing. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through sac and feed, we have tested the pen with  light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel. No Hairline marks are there on barrel from usage.  Overall, pen is in clean look and perfectly working.

Barrel to  nib section fitting :-   Screw fit type nib section, fits snug, no loose parts
Scratches :-    No deep scratches on barrel or cap. There is some hairline marks result of usage.
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-    No visible dent on the pen
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further, on loop inspection, we did not find any crack filling by the previous owner.
Colour :-   Barrel dual colour is clear, no fading seen.
Cap :-       Snug fit. Checked for grip capacity while clipped in shirt pocket.
Nib :-       The  nib is Montblanc semi hooded steel  M nib writes wet smooth.
Cap Posting :-    Yes, well balanced while posted, nib dont miss while writing.

 

Restoration details

4 colour metal refills of the ballpoint pen 100% dried out,  we have replaced them with generic metal slim refills (premium)  since original refills are completely useless. No other restoration on this pen . Entire pen is in original condition, as it is manufactured,  gently used.

Pre-owned and  used condition,  vintage Montblanc  carrera coverter filler  fountain pen and 4-in-1 ballpoint pen with semi hooded M nib,  will be shipped only after detailed testing. We will ink the pen to make sure its working. But pen will be cleaned and delivered to you in clean dry condition.
