Condition of the pen

These pens has all original parts, undamaged.  no replacements from our side. All pens are in working condition, but pre-owned and used,  but these pens has some usage marks, signs of the age. There are not a damage, but a condition develops by age and usage. 

Used Vintage  sheaffer 440 fountain pens with steel M point nib  in pre-owned and usaged working condition,  with usage marks on barrel and cap.  pen will be shipped only after detailed testing. We will ink the pen to make sure its working.

Our test and review of these pens :  all nibs are writing good, we have tested them all.  pens are fitted with old vintage aero ink converters, they still draw some ink, but may be not in full capacity due to the age of these.   There are tiny scratches and other usage marks seen on cap and barrel.  There is no crack or deep dent seen anywhere on the body.  Caps are snug fit.

Refund & Return :  We will accept a return (and refund) only if the instrument is different from our product description and inspection result we have published above.  Any other claims will not be entertained and no refund will be issued. Please buy the pen only if you agree with the condition we have published.  Please note that we will not able to refund for the tear and wear condition since this is used pen, and we have already mentioned all ‘tear n wear’ conditions of the instrument already. We will accept a return only in the case of :

1) The nib and ink filling is not in usable condition. ie, nib is scratchy or ink filling doesn’t work at all.
2) There is a crack on barrel of the pen
3) There is a dent/bent which affects the pen’s operation (other than those we mentioned if any)
4) There is major discrepancy in the components we published VS the components you have received. For example, the offer was for a pen with a converter , but you have received without a converter etc..

We will not accept a return for claims such as :

1) the pen has usage marks on barrel and cap
2) there are some tiny brassing spots on the chrome cap
3) The pen is Pre-owned and used .
4) The ink converter is Very old, and is not accepting ink in full capacity

Packing, Shipping & Delivery

Packing: Three-layer packing is free. The pen will be packed the gift pen box, wrapped with a bubble roll, and covered with another layer foam , and again repacked with cartons.

Shipping partners: We use India speed Service (Air mode) to deliver within India. We are not working with any other logistics partners (such as bluedart) for time being. You will be able to track the progress shipment through the India post official website.

For international shipments, We can only send the item through India post international regular mail service, no express shipping (such as DHL or FedEx) to destinations outside India. Please note India post international regular mail service shipping delay will be 21 + days for destinations outside India.

Delivery time: The product will be shipped from Southern India, Kerala. There will be considerable delay in delivering items to far remote locations from Kerala. there will be an added delivery delays to remote locations like Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Mizoram.
