Condition of the pen :

Clean used , with some visible tear of wear of usage for its age. no major damage to pen , two dents on barrel. few scratches on barrel as well.  writes fine point with no feed-back. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through nib and feed, we have tested the pen with  light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel. The barrel has two visible dents at the tail-end and visible scratches at cap joining ends.

Barrel to  nib section fitting :-     snug fitting,  no loose parts
Scratches :-    No deep, projected scratches. ,  no marks and  scratches on caps , overall it looks good and new.
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-     two visible dents on barrel , scratches also visible on barrel.
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further on loop inspection we did not find any crack filling by the previous owner.
Colour :-   Barrel golden tiger eye colour is 90% clear, very limited  fading seen. gold trim Cap also appears to be clean gold filled color, gold rolled trim still  good on cap.
Cap :-       Snug fit.  screw cap is checked for grip  while clipped in shirt pocket.
Nib :-        Parker 14CT  solid gold F nib is in place,  nib writes very smooth, nib is not grind. perfect writing.
Cap Posting :-    Posting excellent. perfect balance.

 

Result of our inspection and testing:

The pen has no damage, including the nib. It has some usage marks on the barrel and cap, please refer to pictures published. The pen barrel is not polished and crack filled. The barrel is in good condition, with no major damages. gold trim including cap clip still maintaining of its plating. A well-maintained pen. Ink filling is in good condition, and it draws a good amount of ink. No leakage was found with the ink filling system. The nib section has a good grip on the cap, the inner cap is not loose, and the cap firmly thread fits on the nib section. Screw threads are in good condition. We wrote “ the quick brown fox…” sentence multiple times and the nib guided us very smoothly without any scratches or stops. We tried many lines towards all 4 directions and tried connected ‘S’ patterns. Everything is working very well for us. We have cleaned this pen with a premium pen flush.

Restoration details

Brand new , origial pensac company diaphram has been installed and the pen is perfectly working.   The pen is now a perfect working pc in its original condition. No other restoration from our side.

Packing: Three-layer packing is free. The pen will be packed the gift pen box, wrapped with a bubble roll, and covered with another layer foam , and again repacked with cartons.

Shipping partners: We use India speed Service (Air mode) to deliver within India. We are not working with any other logistics partners (such as bluedart) for time being. You will be able to track the progress shipment through the India post official website.

For international shipments, We can only send the item through India post international regular mail service, no express shipping (such as DHL or FedEx) to destinations outside India.
