Condition of this pen (our observations):

1.  Pen is pre-owned and used, but no damages to the pen.
2. ink filling is with a vintage parker squeeze converter, and it works well
3. the special integrated  nib is not scratchy, it writes smooth in all directions
4. Cap closes with a light click sound, which shows a snug grip into the barrel
5. the barrel has some brassing and black spots (please check photographs) , and the barrel it has few natural usage marks are there on the barrel and cap, a result of prolonged usage.

 

Refund & Return :  We will accept a return (and refund) only if the instrument is different from our product description and inspection result we have published above.  Any other claims will not be entertained and no refund will be issued. Please buy the pen only if you agree with the condition we have published, AGAIN, read the description and check pictures.  Please note that we will not able to refund for the tear and wear condition since this is used pen. Specifically , We will not be able to accept a return and issue refund :

1. It is a used pen
2. the pen has some usage wear on the barrel and cap, cap has some brassing seen (check pictures)
3. The the clip and cap has usage marks and hair lines. the body of the pen might have enough usage marks.

Packing, Shipping & Delivery

Packing: Three-layer packing is free. The pen will be packed the gift pen box, wrapped with a bubble roll, and covered with another layer foam , and again repacked with cartons.

Shipping partners: We use India speed Service (Air mode) to deliver within India. We are not working with any other logistics partners (such as bluedart) for time being. You will be able to track the progress shipment through the India post official website.

For international shipments, We can only send the item through India post international regular mail service, no express shipping (such as DHL or FedEx) to destinations outside India. Please note India post international regular mail service shipping delay will be 21 + days for destinations outside India.

Delivery time: The product will be shipped from Southern India, Kerala. There will be considerable delay in delivering items to far remote locations from Kerala. there will be an added delivery delays to remote locations like Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Mizoram.
