Condition of the pen :

Pre-owned mint condition, with very minimum hairline usage marks of a  single owner. no major damage to pen , writes fine with wet writing. No patches or fixes done by antikcart. Ink not leaking through sac and feed, we have tested the pen with  light taps on tail end while the nib is face down, ink does not spill. No teeth or chew marks on barrel. No Hairline marks are there on barrel from usage.  Overall, pen is in clean look and perfectly working.

Barrel to  nib section fitting :-   Screw fit type nib section, fits snug, no loose parts
Scratches :-  very few scratches on barrel. Very limited Hairline usage marks on barrel or cap. Pen looks clean and scratch-free, 95% its a clean used pen
Bents :-    No visible bent to barrel or cap
Dents :-    No visible dent on the pen.
Crack :-    No crack on body or cap. Further, on loop inspection, we did not find any crack filling by the previous owner.
Colour :-   Barrel silver colour is clear, no fading seen. it still maintains the 12K gold filling colour  in perfect condition.
Cap :-       Snug fit. Checked for grip capacity while clipped in shirt pocket.
Nib :-       The  nib is JS 14K solid gold F point nib  writes wet smooth.
Cap Posting :-    Yes, well balanced while posted, nib dont miss while writing.

Restoration details

We have done ZERO restoration on this pen . Entire pen is in original mint condition, Nib is wet writer,  Piston filling  converter is perfectly working as well. as it is manufactured and maintained.

Pre-owned,  clean mint condition vintage John sterling silver filled fountain pen with  14K solid gold F nib,  will be shipped only after detailed testing. We will ink the pen to make sure its working. But pen will be cleaned and dried  before final packing.

Packing : Three layer packing is free. Pen will be packed the gift pen box, wrapped with a bubble roll, and covered with another layer foam , and again repacked with cartons.
